This 3 Port HDMI “Do It Yourself” 4K Switcher box allows you to switch among 3 HDR sources to one UHD display; it also extracts digital audio embedded in HDMI and output it via optical SPDIF or RCA L/R, allowing you to add external stereo/surround system.

It even supports ARC function that can upstream audio from TV and output through Optical Toslink (TV’s HDMI port must support ARC).

  • Add More 4K HDMI Ports: Allow up to 3 HDR source devices (like PS4 Pro, Xbox One S/X, UHD Blu-ray player, Apple TV 4K, Roku Ultra, New Fire TV) connected to one HDMI port of your UHD TV/monitor/projector
  • Extract Audio from HDMI: Extract audio embedded in HDMI and output it via optical SPDIF & RCA L/R stereo; three audio EDID settings (2CH, 5.1CH and Pass) for different configurations

It’s a perfect solution for amplifiers/receivers/sound bars that do not have HDMI inputs, and suitable for various UHD source devices that do not have dedicated audio output, such as PS4 Pro, Xbox One S/X, UHD Blu-ray player, Apple TV 4K, Roku Ultra, New Fire TV, etc.

  1. 2CH Mode for Analog Stereo: Set 2CH PCM as output audio format on source devices and choose 2CH EDID, you will get 2CH analog stereo from RCA L/R, Optical and HDMI output port;
  2. 5.1CH Mode for Digital Surround: Set 5.1CH Dolby Digital/DTS as output audio format on source devices and choose 5.1CH EDID, you will get 5.1CH digital surround from SPDIF optical and HDMI output port. Note: RCA L/R port will not have sound;
  3. PASS Mode for 7.1CH: For 5.1/7.1CH PCM, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD and above, set EDID to PASS and connect HDMI output to your receiver directly. Note: RCA L/R and Optical port will not have sound.
